Street Smart
This broad skill provides a character with general knowledge in the protocols of “the street.” It measures a character’’s ability to negotiate and make contact with the realm of blue-collar crime, gangs, and illicit dealers. Street Smart and its specialties are encounter skills.

Street Knowledge
This skill enables a character to improve his familiarity with the inner workings of a particular organization or geographical area. When he acquires the broad skill Street Knowledge, he must select one organization or area to apply it to. After spending some time investigating an area or organization (as determined by the GM) he gains the ability apply this skill in that area or organization.
Criminal elements
This specialty skill represents a character’’s ability to make contact with and deal with those who are considered part of the criminal element—organized crime, professional criminals, street gangs, and underworld organizations. Whenever a character tries to locate or interact with these groups, he uses this skill.
