Street Knowledge
This skill enables a character to improve his familiarity with the
inner workings of a particular organization or geographical area.
Unlike other specialties, it must be purchased separately for each
organization or area (e.g., Street Knowledge—Alpha Colony or
Street Knowledge—The Void Syndicate).
A character needs to buy this specialty twice in order to become
familiar with how things get done in a specific interstellar
organization or interstellar trade union.
Criminal elements
This specialty skill represents a character’’s ability to make
contact with and deal with those who are considered part of the
criminal element—organized crime, professional criminals, street
gangs, and underworld organizations.
Whenever a character tries to locate or interact with these
groups, he uses this skill.
